Drink Diary
Make a new diary entry
Here are some things to look for:
- Some drinks like colas, contain
ingredients, such as caffeine, that
stimulate the kidneys to produce urine.
- Drinking anything too close to bedtime
can lead to night-time accidents.
- Also some liquids, like tomato juice, can
irritate the bladder, which may also lead to
more frequent urination.
If your child is doing any of these things and is having night-time accidents, why not try to alter their drinking habits.
Don't forget if your child is thirsty always allow him or her to drink water.
