It is important for you to remember that you are not alone.
Bedwetting is far more common than you might think. It affects lots of children aged between 4 and 15 years. We have outlined a few facts on wetting the bed that will help you to deal with it:
Fact 1:
The first fact that you should know is: It is NOT your fault!
Who wets the bed?
Young kids, older kids, short kids, tall kids, kids of all colours and sizes and shapes - boys or girls - no matter how hard they try, some kids still wet the bed. Each one has the same fear that they are the only one. But chances are they have at least one or two classmates with the same problem.
Here's another fact:
You're not alone!
Lots and lots and lots of kids wet the bed. In fact millions of children across the world do. If you put them all together they would make up over 9,000 football teams!
It's important to remember, bedwetting isn't anybody's fault and eventually, nearly everyone outgrows it.
You really will grow out of it!
It really is true that kids outgrow bedwetting every day and here's the proof:
